CIArb Fellows
From Accomplishment to Influence
CIArb Fellowship is not just a credential—it is recognition of sustained expertise, commitment to arbitration, and contribution to the global ADR framework. But even at this level, many professionals find themselves underutilized, underexposed, or uncertain how to translate their depth into high-profile roles or thought leadership. This six-month mentorship program is designed exclusively for CIArb Fellows and seasoned professionals who are ready to elevate their presence in the arbitration world through strategic positioning, public contribution, and influence-building.
From Accomplishment to Influence
As a Fellow, you already bring significant experience in law, construction, finance, engineering, or policy. The challenge now lies in bridging the gap between your substantive expertise and your professional visibility. This program is focused on helping you define your unique public value proposition and strategically align your activities—whether through board appointments, public commentary, expert panels, or academic contributions—to reflect that value. It’s about converting depth into demand, and recognition into reach.
Over the course of six months, each Fellow will follow a structured progression model, including strategic planning, personalized branding, a visibility audit, and execution of a public contribution portfolio.

Guided Access to High-Visibility Roles
Led by Mian Sheraz Javaid—himself a CIArb Fellow, international arbitrator, and founding chair of the CIArb Pakistan Branch—this program provides personal mentorship tailored to seasoned professionals looking for visibility without vanity. Through this journey, you will gain access to opportunities that align with your expertise: panel chair roles, pro bono appointments, legislative taskforces, and advisory positions within dispute boards or arbitration centers. We assist with nominations, prepare profiles, and make introductions, ensuring your contributions are seen by the right people in the right rooms.
Public Speaking, Publishing, and Positioning
Visibility today is not a byproduct of competence—it is a function of positioning, voice, and engagement. This program places special emphasis on thought leadership, from identifying your niche to publishing in targeted journals and appearing in high-impact forums. You will receive editorial support for writing op-eds, whitepapers, or technical commentaries, alongside coaching for speaking engagements, panel moderation, and podcast features. This is a platform where Fellows move from recognition to resonance—from respected professionals to public-facing experts.
You will walk away with a clear roadmap for the next stage of your professional journey, aligned not only with your goals but with the evolving needs of the global ADR ecosystem. Whether your ambition is to be invited to keynote international forums or to serve as a policy voice in institutional reform, this program ensures that you are no longer just qualified—you are unavoidable.
